This is a completely personal take, and I am Not an audiophile... I was initially very hopeful for these as a good way to exercise (mainly cycling) and sweat & especially leave my ear canals open to traffic sounds. I normally wear hearing aids, so that would be an additional bonus as typically it's Either my hearing aids OR earbuds of some sort. I was surprised at the clarity of what the bone conduction could give me, and for podcasts or other mainly voice applications, probably fine. But music, for me, was lacking and just didn't have the presence I crave (much but not all of that being something lacking in the bass--I don't need it to absolutely thump, but it's nice to have some oomph in the lower registers). In the end, I returned this. So, not to say I wouldn't recommend these, but just be aware of some fundamental differences from in-the-ear sound. I know people who are quite happy with them. I'm thankful to have tried them and thankful for Best Buy's return policy.

Excellant for talk on the phone . Very clear . Excellant for running and listening to music very clear . Extremely comfortable!

Great product. Have realistic expectations of the product. These are not in ear buds. So you will not have the same clarity and sound. That being said if your in a quite environment you'll be able to hear your surroundings clearly as well as listen to music. If you're in a loud environment you'll need to use earplugs to hear the music clearly. Oh and Amazing battery life in at 60% after 9 hours straight

Sound quality durability one of the best speakers for use in factorys as it allows for ear protection while listening.

These are very comfortable! And the sound quality is excellent!

This is probably my third pair and as always they never fail. These are the only reason why my job or while walking or working make it easier without having something in your ear!!!!!

These are the best bone conduction headphones I have found and I have tried several brands. They have great sound a fit amazingly well

The headset works better than I expected. Sound is clear. Phone calls clear on both ends. They are also more comfortable than I anticipated.

Purchased these as a Christmas gift. I had tried them on myself and was impressed by the quality of the sound. Love the color and the fact that you can ride your bicycle and still hear what is going around you. Definitely recommend them.

Having worked in Audiology for years, it's really nice to see bone conduction technology progress to this point. Shokz has been a great result of that. Do not expect Bose-quality sound quality as these are open and provide enough sound to keep you pumped up during a workout, run, or bike ride without disrupting your awareness of surrounds and maintain safety. They are also great for long phone calls or meetings for work; great alternative to wearing in-ear bluetooth earbuds or over-ear headphones for long periods.

Great item very sturdy and very clear sound. Battery life is great will last all day on one charge.

This product isn't designed for everyone. I have hearing loss and other ear issues so these headphones work fine for how I use them. But my scenario is unique. How I need to use headphones, these do the job. Audo is good. Microphone is good. I wish you could do more with it. If you want noise canceling headphones just use earplugs while using these. It's perfect.

Better sound quality overall due to dded base sound. Quicker charging time. The only observation is that i do have to increase volume and where there is outside noise is hard to hear. Double connectivity is also a great new feature

I really like these but a few things that are not deal killers…. At full or even high volumes people nearby can hear them and they vibrate against your head if too high a volume. I still love them. People can hear me clearly and i cam hear them. Its just streaming music that gets me a liitle down because I can’t raise the volume all the way. One other thing. Wearing them a long time will make the part that touches my skin sweat. Despite those 2 things, i still love them. I got them on a half off sale during Christmas.

One of the best headphones I have ever purchased. The sound is amazing. Light weight and can hardly know they are on me.
