Definitely not good for podcasts or lots of speaking, but great for music when running. More comfortable than I had expected, no issues hurting the top of my ears like other headphones

I can say withput a doubt that these are the best pair of headphones I have ever owned. I dont leave the house without them. They sound excellent and I can still hear around me. This Shokz affords me to be aware of my surroundings and avoid any unfortunate incident possibly happening in my daily chores. The good sound also helps past the time, hearing my fave streaming music and podcasts. Keep up the good work, Shokz :)

Specially if you’re a person that needs to hear around you and take calls. Sound is perfect really. They only problem is they are not effective if your in a noisy environment.
