Customers appreciate the OpenRun Wireless Headphones for their decent sound quality, comfortable fit, and insane battery life. Many users also find them lightweight and value their water resistance and easy Bluetooth connectivity. While the bass may be somewhat lacking for some, and there may be some buzzing at high volume, the price is the biggest drawback mentioned.

A bit uncomfortable after a while especially if you wear glasses. You must wear ear plugs in noisy areas otherwise you will not be able to hear. I'm a truck driver...they didn't work for me.
Good for office workers.

These are so much more comfortable than ear buds. I have zero complaints about these.

This is basically only good for listening to podcasts. You can't actually listen to music on these thing since there's only an ok amount of mids and legitimately NO bass.
There's some beeping when you try and use the buttons on these and that ends up being way too loud so it's annoying to use them.
I knew very quickly these are not good and I ended up returning them fairly soon.
Hello - Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your OpenRun. In this case, we'd suggest a manual reset of the headphones.
To reset your Shokz OpenRun, turn them off, then press and hold the Volume+ button to enter pairing mode (red/blue flashing light), then press and hold all three buttons (multifunction, Volume+, Volume-) for 3-5 seconds until you hear beeps/vibrations, then turn them off again to complete the factory reset, which clears pairing history and prepares them for new connections.
If the reset doesn't resolve the issues, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty. Please reach out to us if you need further assistance. Thank you!

PRO
Great product...allows person to hear what is going on around them while listening to music or a book.
CON
The charging cable is not standard, thus I have had to order several more and I am always looking for it.

I bought them 3 weeks ago and really like the fact I was able to listen to music, videos or a phone call and able to hear my surroundings as well. I charged them overnight as normal for the next day and after 2 hours quit working. Okay so I thought maybe I didn’t have the charger connected right so I charged them and got the blue light ready to go and still wouldn’t power up. Luckily it was still in the window for return so I took them back and decided to get the AirPod Pro instead. So far so good.

These sound and work Awesome.
Will try to find the box, Christmas present... and try to return or replace after the left earpiece quit working after just two weeks of use.

average sound quality and low volume but then these are bone conduction headphones so didn't expect much. Good for some useage but they will never replace in-ear units

Not a good fit around my head and not adjustable. People beside you can also hear the music. But it is nice to still hear things going on around you while listening to the music.

I really wanted to like these. I paired the to my phone and played some dubstep music, the device could not handle the bass and vibrated on my skin, yes know these are bone conducting. Had to take them back.
