Customers appreciate the OpenRun Wireless Headphones for their decent sound quality, comfortable fit, and insane battery life. Many users also find them lightweight and value their water resistance and easy Bluetooth connectivity. While the bass may be somewhat lacking for some, and there may be some buzzing at high volume, the price is the biggest drawback mentioned.

They are ok. Too big. Needed a smaller pair.
Will return

We returned this. It was not comfortable. Difficult to get on and off and rubbed the neck. I expected it to be more flexible around the neck, but it was quite stiff. The sound was okay. People I talked to on the phone could hear background noise clearly, nothing was drowned out. This was returned.

I have had these for less than 2 weeks and they are DEAD, I noticed that they would randomly turn off when I was wearing them and figured that maybe if you don't have anything playing for a certain amount of time then they'd do it intentionally to save battery or something, but now there's no turning them on and plugging them onto the charger doesn't do anything at all no indication that they are even plugged in, I even tried both cords and different USB charger ports, nothing changes. Needless to say I'm not pleased that they died so soon especially when I had friends who spoke so highly of these headphones (they have the older version). If these hadn't died then I would be very happy and would probably give full stars because I actually really liked them when they were working correctly.

These headphones are overpriced and don't hold up. I

The bone conduction idea is great in theory. I've used a type of them for work before. The voice clarity is great. Using them for music movies is a different thing. Poor frequency range and low volume makes them a poor choice for my needs.

These are nice for being able to hear what’s going on around you. The sound isn’t as good as my Galaxy buds but they aren’t in your ear either. Overall very happy

Specs indicate that the battery lasts 8 hours, which may be true. I listen to music all day and only get 4 hours out of them before they tell me to recharge.
Not worth the money spent.

I have owned Shokz Open Move for a couple of years and enjoyed the quality sound of music and calls. I decided to purchase these after my last pair died. This pair of OpenRun was terrible. When speaking on the phone everyone complained it sounded like I was speaking though a tin can. Not to mention the battery life was not at all what I am used to with the OpenMove. I returned the same day. Junk

I was bummed that my shokz air stopped working. Went to pick these up, and to be honest, I think the shokz air were louder. Long story short, the open pro only lasted literally 4 days. Never turn back on. I didn't bother with them much because my 1st pair went out the same way. Until they fix their battery issues, I will avoid for now unfortunately.

The headphones fit comfortably and seem to work well for listening to music, but these are terrible for calls. The person on the other end will hear everything going on in the room except you talking. Its almost like the background noise cancelling works against you and not the background noise. I was outside the return window when I figured out the problem was not just my headphones, but it's a problem with the design itself. Don't make the same mistake I did :(

I purchased these the end of Dec 2019, love the headphones when they work. I have sent one pair back due to constantly shutting off on their own, and the replacement pair is doing the same thing. I love the fact they aren’t in my ears but hate that they won’t stay on. I am in the process of returning the second pair. As of now I would not recommend, love the headset but highly disappointed. Do not work as advertised with my IPhone.

Initial impression that these were pretty cool, however, in a higher noise environment like a gym the best solution was to use earplugs to reduce the ambient noise. These are definitely not noise cancelling.

These headphones cost $140 and the battery lasts 80 to 90 mins.
I'm a runner and really needed to try these since i run outside mostly. I used it for 2 weeks, it never lasted more than 2 days literally. I run for 50 mins daily but they always died on my every 2nd day.
Did email the company but never heard from them for so i just returned this trash.
They come with 2 years warranty but if the company doesn't even bother to reach back in a week then im better off returning these.

Got these for listening to music while riding my ebike, but after wearing them just once, I now where them all the time. You'll forget you have them on, they are so comfortable. Sound is great, I know some reviews commented on not a lot of bass, which is true. But having them on a comfortable sound level where you can still be aware of your surroundings and even have a conversation with someone, sound quality is excellent. Also, fit is amazing, they will not fall off your head, I can't think of any activity that these will not hold up to.
