    This game is really cool, I love the retro, fast-paced graphics, it brings back nostalgic memories. The digital version is great because I ordered online from the comfort of my home, received the code, typed it into the switch, and was rocking.

    I will buy this game three times on any platform it's released for. And I mean ANY. Release it for my freaking fridge and you'll get another three purchases. If you like platformers at all, you owe it to yourself to play Shovel Knight. Four campaigns, each with totally distinct playstyles, and every detail of the game--art, music, dialogue, and of course gameplay--is flawlessly and lovingly crafted.

    Shovel Knight is an 2D side-scrolling platformer. If it was released in the NES era it would have been considered a masterpiece. No flickering and is widescreen. Game doesn't tell you how to play, have to experiment and do trail-and-error. Can be challenging towards the endgame unless you farm for upgrades or use cheat codes.

    I had this on the 3DS and wanted to get the Switch port. Super happy with the choice, absolutely a must play for any fan of old school platformers like Megaman.

    This is a must have Indie game that draw inspiration from classics such as Mega Man and DuckTales and the classic capcom titles we all loved on NES. Loads of extra content and just an overall amazing game. Better then a lot of the more main stream games that are made today actually
