Each level would take me multiple tries to beat. Each has multiple save points, so there is progress inside the level. Super good, but not for the faint of heart

Bought shovel knight on wii u and bought it again on switch. If you love nes platformers you'll love this especially all the content it comes with.

Shovel Knight was a great game on it's own but Shovel Knight Treasure Trove gives you access to multiple spin off games as well. If you like classic side scrollers like Mario, Mega Man, and Duck Tales, you'll love this.

This is the third physical version of shovel night that I have bought. It is my favorite indie game of all time. I originally bought it on the Wii U then the 3DS because I wanted to take it with me. Both those versions are good but I traded and sold both of them so I could buy it again on the switch and have it all in one cartridge be portable and on my TV. If you’ve never played it or you’re curious about it I highly highly highly recommend picking it up.

Shovel Knight is worth picking up on sale for sure

If you still haven’t played this game it is highly recommended. It really has an old school feel to it. The extra content was worth buying again for me.

Fun 2D 16-bit platforming game. This version of the game also comes with the king of cards expansion that has more levels and content.

Music, story, characters, it's all great and if you've never played any of them it's a great way to experience the game as once you finish one and fall in love your ready to play the next.

For you retro gamer types out there, this is a MUST BUY. Shovel Knight captures all the best parts of 8 and 16 bit games and puts them into a modern take. The graphics are beautiful, the soundtrack is rockin', the gameplay is smooth, the stories are great and the world its set in is well developed. Plus, like all good classic games, the difficulty challenge is intense but not impossible. It'll keep you coming back for more!

One of the best platformers ever made. It is packed with tons of content and is tons of fun.

This game was a life saver while I was in West Africa and had nothing to do. The game is very fun and challenging, but not so challenging that you want to throw your Switch at a wall. You feel accomplished when you find secrets in the level and then finish it after dying many times. This is a great game and the people at Yacht Club Games have done an excellent job.

This game will harken back to the olden days of video games where you needed skill for the platforming and bosses. The story is really good and having all of the games together in a collection is perfect.
