Shrek has never looked better than it does in 4k. Shrek is life.

Good movie with adult humor. Interesting characters and plot line. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes comedy.

What can I say? I love the green man. Did I say man? I did. He’s not a man. He’s an ogre. I love ogre. He has layers. Like a….cake? Yeah that’s it. A cake. Anyways this edition rules and the HDR is so beautiful. Take the ogre home. He’s 20 now.

Shrek on 4K UHD. Great movie, but only an average upgrade from the blu ray version. The picture looks good, but honestly, so did the 1080p blu ray that came out a few ywars back. I think this version stands out due to the DTS:X soundtrack. The object based surround adds new detail to this movie. Overhead effects are pretty good and small details are heard throughout the film. The music fills all of your speakers and definitely fills the room and gives you that nostalgic feeling like the first time you watched this film. The movie itself is the same old classic, that never gets old. If you dont have the 1080p blu ray in your collection; the Shrek UHD disc is worth picking up.

Another classic redone in 4k hard to beleive its 20 yrs old the animation is a bit dated but was ahead of its time 20 yrs ago!! The story will stand the twst of time. The HDR makes the colors pop, the image isn't razor sharp like newer animation films today. If you like nostalgia then the next time you're in best buy pick up this classic movie.

Fun movie, hadn’t seen it in a while. 4K upgrade was very nice. Lots of texture on everything now especially clothing, lots of fine detail I don’t remember seeing. Audio left a little to be desired, could’ve used a few more height effects but very good. 5 stars.

A timeless classic. This movie is great for adults and children alike, It is really nice to watch this in 4K on a 65 inch TV as compared to what I first watched it on. A 19 inch TV with a state of the art VHS presentation in stereo no less. Great movie.

This is an incredible deal which not only comes with the first Shrek in 4K, but it also comes with a bonus Blu Ray disk that contains all the shorts the series. The only thing preventing it from getting a full 5 stars is the fact that the packaging inside is pretty poor which resulted in two of the disks being loose which resulted in scratches, One of those disks was the 4K movie. Overall it’s a good deal, but be cautious when buying it.

Makes me laugh even now. I also think the new 4k resolution makes me enjoy it even more. Lots of bonus features too. I can't believe there's over 4 hours of them

This is a really fun movie! I got the 4K after not seeing it in i don't know how many years, and never got the standard Blu Ray, and this still holds up well. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because while the 4K Blu Ray looks good, there's some anti aliasing more noticeable if you look closely. But the DTS:X sounds incredible, so that's a plus. I'd stick with the Blu Ray if you can, but get the 4K if you're a super fan.

Fabulous movie. Too many positives to list! The actors (voices) were fabulous matches for the characters they played. A must see for everyone. The forest is my favorite, but the sequels are great as well!

I'm very satisfied with the 4K package of Shrek. Love this movie so much that I decided to get this movie again in 4K and it looks fantastic in 4K. If you love Shrek, definitely get this 20th anniversary package.

I used to watch this movie all the time as a kid. Seeing it again on this 4k disc was like watching it for the first time. Shrek has never looked better to me and I hope they release Shrek 2 in 4K as well.

First I watched Shrek on VHS by watching this movie in 4K, high dynamic range on my 4K tv and 4K blu ray player, the picture quality have a big difference. Shrek is really a great movie

Shrek has never looked this good! This movie is definitely worth the upgrade from whatever version you might have. I hope the other Shrek movies make their way to 4k soon too!

Always have to record- but seems recordings are bad! Getting a new Blu-ray of Shrek gives wife and child convenient enjoyment at their fingertips!

I thought the blu ray was great, no this 4k is great. It felt like i had never seen the movie before. this is a great 4k. Sound is also great
