I have been loving the sound and features. I use it mostly for some voice over work for training videos and teams calls. Everyone seems to appreciate the clean clear sound that comes out of it.

Great SM7B alternative

One of the amazing things that is really cool is that the mic also has an XLR input to use was an audio interface device. There is also a Touch Bar sensor That allows you to control the volume of your microphone and the designated headphone jack that is built into the unit as well. Sadly the mic used Micro USB as its designated usb jack which I would have taken over the Touch Bar sensor but serves its purpose. Utilizing the software that sure offers for this microphone is truly the best way to get the best experience out of this microphone. With being able to use either preset voice set ups or customize your own, The microphone offers a wide variety. One amazing function that I found was that you can use the XLR input and USB simultaneously To create your desired sounds while recording into a higher end audio interface. Overall this product is amazing and great if you don’t want to buy or don’t have an audio interface but want high quality sound.

Shure is a very Good brand and I definitely recommend it if you don't want to spend $500 for a good quality mic for podcasts or singers.
