Good basic universal remote

Thankfully you can reach out to the product company to get it. I wish it had one more extra button but other than that it's a good product.

Not so great with TCL Tv's

For some reason, this remote struggled with Roku TV's where I was trying to use it more as an Apple TV. While programing, I could not get the home button on the Roku to program to this. Could not get the arrows to program. Had issues with volume, although not really needed because the apple TV remote has it .

It protects your Apple TV remote if dropped. Especially helpful if you have hard floors. Replacement remotes are expensive. Also, I programmed it to control the volume on my audio receiver so I can keep that other remote tucked in the drawer.
