disconnects frequently

Does not work and Customer Support is non existent

Screen never turned on and went through every single recommended troubleshoot and FAQ available, still couldn’t get it to work. Left several voicemails with support at SideTrak and never received a call back. Returning to Best Buy so I can get a refund.

Not the Best, but not the Worst I suppose

It definitely made work easier with being able to work with multiple documents. Like another customer said, the connectivity was horrible. I soon realized I had a shortage in the cord. It was brand new and the cord didn't work. I ended up purchasing a thunderbolt chord and it finally worked. At this price point, I shouldn't have had to buy a cord for a new monitor. It is a little loose on the track, so it doesn't stay in place like it should. Overall, it does what I need, but at this price, I am not completely satisfied with the product.

Not compatible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Caused my Lenovo to crash. Please beware of this purchase on certain computer models. The magnets used to attach the slide can react poorly with the operating system. I’m certain I would have loved this had it not temporarily broke my computer. PS, customer service is brutal. Don’t expect a quick response.
