Great lense works great, only issue is that it arrived literally caked in dust. Like unbelievably covered in dust, as if it sat in a closet for years. Luckily both caps were installed well so none on the important parts

Got the lens TWO MONTHS LATE and its JUNK. WHEN it wants to work it isn't great and it glitches when connecting to the camera. I will be pressing for a refund.

This lens is phenomenal for not being a native Sony lens. Low light capability with a 1.4 aperture is such an advantage. You cannot go wrong with buying this.

I ordered this expecting something amazing. Instead, I got what was apparently a return that an employee did not check, because it was not the right lens.

These lens are the best you will get for Sony's APS-C camera lineup. Works great with all of the a6000 series including the a6300 and a6500. The focus ring is super smooth so if you're doing manual focus, it's super satisfying when rotating the ring. The AF is pretty good, even though it isn't native Sony lens which means that it's not as accurate and it tends to hunt for focus quite a few times. If you listen very closely, you might be able to hear the AF noise in the lens but it's no big deal. But for the most part, it focuses very well and these are PERFECT for vlogging. I've been using these for my photoshoots and vlogs and let me tell you, the bokeh at f/1.4 is extremely creamy and just amazing to look at. Overall, if you need wide angle lens, whether it be for photography or videography, these should be your first choice. Hands down my favorite lens for my a6000 and it hasn't been switched out for my other lens. Goes to show how amazing it is.
