Doesn’t really give the support needed on the upper back. Very big. It regulates from several parts but nothing on the upper back .

It's actually crazy how bad this chair is. The lumbar "support" is more like having someone grinding a brick into your lower back. Zero effective padding, essentially just hard plastic shoved right into your back whether you're sitting "properly" or not. How this can be marketed / sold as any kind of premium product is actually crazy. You can find something better at the thrift shop or maybe even on a random street corner but do not buy this chair.
