Seriously, how much does BestBuy lose from damaged media? I mean who knows how many damaged Steelbooks I've received in the past. This time around, it took 3 shipments (all loose discs inside of sealed case) and I still ended up picking up a copy in store?!? /end rant. Great and fun game! If you havent played it, or the original, definitely a must for any gamer into creepy/scary games. ...that said, either buy it in store or from a company that cares about the the item arriving to its destination, UNDAMAGED. I purchased using a BestBuy discount ($10 off via email) and TBH, wasnt worth the headache.
