The glass had scratches all over it, the poles were dirty with miscellaneous black marks all over it, and the top piece wasn't sturdy and wobbles back and forth. So many "new" things that I have bought from Best Buy recently appear to have been previously used, if not used they come damaged. Quality with Best Buy has gone way downhill and its incredibly disappointing.
