However it is a cute lamp. I ordered two and placed than on the cabinet above my toilet. The marble is faux of course and you can tell up close that it is a coated base, but it is appealing when you step back. I would recommend this for college dorms or as a small night light in a room. The one downside was that they did not come with light bulbs. This takes a type B bulb and I had to run out and buy some. Also, the on switch is on the cord instead of under the bulb so plan for that. Otherwise, I'm happy with my purchase.

However, you need to understand that the bulb socket will NOT fit your normal bulbs. This is an E10 socket. So you will need an adapter or you will need to get different bulbs. But the ones from most ceiling fans will not work with it. Other than that, it is actually ceramic! Not plastic! BE CAREFUL. If you drop it, it will break!

Marble square lamps

It stands about one feet in height. The on/off switch is on the chord. The brightness is average and the bulb is not included.

So the shade wasn’t perfectly straight which bothered me. But I was able to bend it back into place. Not the best made product. But it was pretty cheap, so I guess that’s to be expected.
