      I had some issues setting it up and the phone customer service could have been better but we got everything resolved so I can’t complain too much.

      This is a good product at a very good price. What I was more impressed with was the shipping time; everything was quick delivery.

    • Can't Use with your own hotspot

      Simple Mobile does not allow you to use your own hotspot (at the time I purchased the data plan). They don't tell you this on Best Buy, or that the SIM card will not work with hotspots. Simple's site doesn't tell you this either. The only new hotspot service you can get is if you buy their hotspot, which is arbitrary.
