THE ONLY THING IS BECAUSE WE ONLY USE THE HOTSPOTS AT BIG EVENTS NOT THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, YOU HAVE TO CALL EACH TIME TO ACTIVATE THE ACTUAL HOTSPOT BEFORE YOU CAN LOAD THE 40G CARD

Worthless!

The Hotspot was defective and so was the replacement that was sent to me. I tried returning this, but digital cards cannot be refunded…now I’m stuck with a useless card.

Backup to help with school

Heaven knows with COVID students are stressed out enough. So having a backup to ease her mind was well worth the money I had to spend for the Hotspot device & the monthly plan. I wish internet wasn’t so expensive

Non-Refundable Digital Card

I had to find out after I bought it and called customer service that they’re merging networks and my mobile hotspot wasn’t covered. OH! And Best Buy also doesn’t offer refunds on digital cards or gift cards. What a waste of $35 dollars.

Great Hot Spot and service plan by the month.

Price is average for a hot spot. Would like to see a better pricing for only 40gig.

Worth plan for travel data

Very Deceiving

Bought a bunch of hotspots for my business as a backup. Just in case, but you have to have a subscription. As soon as you use the data it runs out in 30 days. No good.
