Great product excellenet customer service good coberage

Served it purpose. Great for traveling. I would recommend.

Doesn’t last 30 days more like a week and even then it’s still somewhat slow.

They said I used 40 GB in TWO DAYS !! That is almost impossible.

I'd rate this less if I could. I CANNOT get the digital code to work. First I discovered my Moxee hotspot was branded to another company with the same freaking colors and logo. I was told to buy a new sim. That didn't work. I was told the hotspot cannot be unlocked and that I had to buy a new one. Fine, new one bought. At BestBuy in person. The girl at the counter assured me this digital card would work with that hotspot. It didn't. I finally gave in and purchased data from Simple Mobile directly. I thought maybe I had to activate it with direct service before I could use this card. I activated it without problem and added the 15G option. Once I confirmed it was all working, I tried to add this 40G, but this card pin number STILL WILL NOT WORK. I give up. I'm never trying the digital purchase for this again here.

Worked perfectly with the hotspot. Easy to activate.

It was incredible difficult to get this set up. It turns out that the whole batch of devices was deffective and the credit applied to it can sometimes not be returned. It was really annoying to call customee service the whole time.

Good product. The only issue is in the email receipt of code. I had to call customer service to get email to me. Once I received email using it was a piece of cake.

Junk, didn’t work with device and company will not give you any money back and best buy made it harder to work with them.

Have so much trouble with my guest's! Had purchased a hot spot and prepay cards with best buy! That doesn't work at all. My guest's gave me a very bad review just about the internet was not working ever. I am so upset now. Spend my money for nothing. Even your customers Service couldn't help.

I ordered this online and when I got the ecard, I couldn't access it because it claimed the card was already in use. I will never buy another and I will make sure all my friends know too.

DO NOT BUY. SIM CARD WILL NOT BE ACTIVATED. DO NOT BUY DIGITAL PLAN THAT THEY OFFER YOU! WILL NOT NE REFUNDED CAUSE ITS “DIGITAL”

It's hard to return this sim and I am not able to use it as my number was from Europe and it was unclear this was not supported in USA.

Couldn't get the hotspot to activate - after 4 different ones. So I have a data card and nothing to use it with and Best Buy won't take it back so I threw away 35 dollars. Radicicolous & incompetent.

To expensive but the internet itself works good enough
