    This phone is exactly right for my son until he joins our phone plan in a couple of years, and he can earn his minutes by doing chores.

    I recommend prepaid iPhones. The main reason is because I don't see a difference in the quality of service versus what I was paying with Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, or Sprint when it existed. I'd rather pay for my phone upfront and pay $25 a month than lease a phone paying $120 a month. The choice is yours.

    Received what looked like a new shrink wrapped phone, but I did a warranty check with Apple before opening it because others on SD reported receiving used phones and found that mine had been been previously activated. This would have shortened the Apple warranty to 6 months and also disqualified it from the free Apple TV+ promo. Likely a phone returned to Simple Mobile or Best Buy during the trial period. Will be returning the phone and trying again to get a new one.
