I used this device at the Texas A&M vs notre dame game in a very crowded parking lot to stream football games from YouTube tv and several other people used the wifi to surf the web. We streamed games on a lower resolution (480p) and it only buffered once before quickly regaining a strong connections. I had a continuous stream for 6 hours and we used 3gb of data. Once set up, this device is insanely easy to use and is small enough to not be intrusive. I also used this device on the road to upload videos to social media when I had only one bar but it quickly uploaded them. Only a couple days of use but I love it.

Excellent, strong, little device. It was perfect to get my 92-year-old grandmother (who streams music on Amazon Music and TV shows) online - great for my son to connect his iPad to Wifi when we visit, so he can play games, and great to link my MacBook while there and I need to work. All of these devices have been logged into the wifi with NO problems.

The Simple Mobile Moxee Mobile Hotspot works great. My unit came with the Verizon SIM card so set-up was very easy. (Verizon now owns Simple Mobile.) I bought the Simple Mobile 15GB per month plan in the store and it starting working as soon as I logged into the Simple Mobile web site and followed the instructions to complete the set-up. Great little unit for the price. Works fine if you can receive a strong Verizon cell signal.

Overall good performance even in an area in which cell phone coverage is not always the best. Proprietary system, meaning that one cannot get a SIM card from any provider to use the device. Thus, make sure you are good with their rates/terms BEFORE you buy the device.

Works great in the city, but in rural areas where I live, I only had one bar, but that was enough to run my roku, but the only problem is when you run out your out, and there is no buying extra time, They took my money for extra 10 gigs, and then I found out you can't buy additional time for hot spots, 40 gigs just isn't enough and they offer no more. At least kricket offers 100 gigs, I just get no signal at home. Only good for email and a few pitchers. Lol.

Id give this thing 10 stars if I could!! It works AWESOME!! I wanted an inexpensive 'pay as you go' mobile hot spot. I did not want to add another device to our already too expensive cell phone plan. I took this to an area of the upper midwest where the internet was throttled due to a large influx of people that overwhelms the existing wifi service. I was able to work remotely with NO ISSUES. It was very reliable. DO BE SURE to read all the directions first! Make note of the user ID and password for the set up and the password needed to link a device (laptop, tablet) to the moxee. I was super happy to be able to work with 2G speed. I was even able to set it up myself without asking one of my adult children to do it LOL LOL!!

Reliable for Light Use, Limited for Larger Loads

Does a solid job overall, just not with too many devices at once. When I connect one or two smaller devices (like my phone and tablet), it works great. The connection is fast, reliable, and perfect for checking emails, streaming music, or browsing the web. But once I try to hook up my laptop or more than two devices, things slow down a lot. Pages take forever to load, videos buffer, and it just doesn’t keep up. It’s fine if you’re on the go and only need to keep a couple of devices online, but it’s not ideal for heavy use or multiple people sharing the connection.

was looking for cheap and reliable hot spot device for a road trip out of state with the family and this device certainly surprised me. Set up was fast and simple for me. Device worked better than expected, no dropped service during a 5 hr drive, but battery is on a down side, Good thing I had a charger in the car. After loading data on this device it was fast enough to keep up with 3 tablets and 1 laptop. would definitely recommend. Exceeded my expectations.

Im really happy with this device the only thing is u recive messaged on the moxie device itself from the provider also from the company itself who provides it. IM ONLY guessing tho because its difficult at least for me to go to the web portal and the site nameis litterly an ip adress meaning u have to type thenumbers directly into yoursearch engine wile connected to the device i make it to that part then it says enter user ne an password by theway stay logged into the mobile hottspot but....the default password and name u need is under neith its battery lmao....u can see the frustration . I pull the battery i gotta start all over. That being said i shuddve readcdirections a bit more befpr jumping in and honesty u dontneed to check ur messages for this site to fuctionsoits nota huge deal . Might i suggest to the manufacturer to perhapse incude theifon on theinside back battery pannel instead time. That being said it says 6 devices can be logged into it however ive onlymade it to three and it starts to bog down. 1s perfect 2 is decent but idk where there getting 6 devices at the same timebut im givienit over alla 3 inna half.

The Moxee 4G Hotspot works very well for its purposes. The menu and navigation are pretty dated, but it is super useful to be able to buy one SIM and recharge when needed - in this case used Simple Mobile with the Moxee.

Works well and pretty easy to set up. The only issues I've found are 1. The battery is nowhere as good as it claims, and 2. For some stupid reason even if you change the password you can still view it on the home screen posing a security issue. All said though if those aren't big issues for you this works well
