I purchased the prepaid phone from Valley Stream NY Bestbuy and it’s saying the SIM card number is not valid. It’s been a week and my nephew is unable to use it because of that factor. I couldn’t return it to the store as of yet because I bought it for him and he lives almost 3 hours away from me. So I had to send the receipt there so they can try to deal with a BestBuy in their area.
