This version of the Galaxy On5 is locked to the Simple Mobile network but MIGHT work on T-Mobile, the carrier for Simple Mobile. The On5 is about the size and weight of the mega-expensive Samsung Galaxy 7 but it is a much simpler phone. The On5 does a great job with phone calls, texting and email. That is ALL it is intended to do. It lacks the storage space needed to install more than a handful of smaller apps. Larger apps, such as Facebook, cause problems due to lack of storage space. You can add a MicroSD card to store your music, photos and videos. The battery lasts 16 or 18 hours unless you are using gps navigation, streaming videos or playing games. Then you need to charge after four or five hours. For Simple Mobile customers with simple needs, the On5 is a terrific phone at a low price.

I bought this phone unintentionally; a young lady, store personal introduced it to me, and I like it. I bought 2. I bought it not for use as a phone, but use for my music and video collection playing. It is a high quality made phone, quad core processor, 5" HD screen, good front and rear camera, up to 128GB SD card slot, user friendly OS, long last battery, slime, and beautiful. I love it.

the phone is very sleek and nice for the cost, the picture quality is great for both front and back camera, makes it perfect for me to use with simple mobile service.

I was actually looking for a smart phone with an offline FM radio app and this happened to be the one. You might have to download it to work but after that, you don't have to use wifi or waste any more data when using the radio.

For $29 oh yeah its worth it!.I wasn't planning on getting one but ended going home with one and no regrets!

I had to return the phone due to my phone provider. I bought it to replace my current phone that has been acting up. When I went to activate it with my provider it was found that the SIM card was locked. I found out after I returned it that you can call the phone manufacturer and get it unlocked (takes 3 days or so) But I had already returned the phone! Boo! It looked like an easy transition from my current phone, and was very light.

At this price, the phone more than met my expectations. I know its not a flagship phone, but I was surprised by how smoothly it went. There was some occasional lag, but thats with mostly all Android phone and depends on the apps you install, etc. I bought it for my niece, and she loves it. so basically, yep its definitely worth at this price.

I never actually activated this phone. I am using it as an MP3 player with my Bluetooth headphones. I did not want to run the battery down on my cell phone as I use an MP3 player a lot during workouts. It has a good Bluetooth connection for my headset with plenty of volume. Comparable to a iPod for about a third of the price.

The good: Long battery life, great samsung apps, easy to use and customize to make the screen look the way you want and sounds you like. Can make video calls, group texts, mange battery power- and it does these and a whole lot more real well. Con: if only the camera was a little better. In daylight it takes great picrures, but in darker settings photos are grainy. Overall i love this phone.

This is a good phone for the young ones looking to get a new Android or anyone not a heavy app user since the internal is only 8GB. I do recommend picking up a 32GB memory card which is sufficient enough. Great plans from Simple Mobile too.

This is the phone to have if you lose your main cell phone. it is very comparable to the S5 or S4. This phone has just enough room to get you back up an running. The phone itself does not come with a prepaid card just as an FYI. The monthly fee is low enough to get you what you had on your previous phone.

bought as a gift for a friend but because of it being locked to simple mobile and couldn't work on t mobile i had to return it. but the specs of the phone with the price made it a good deal.

The Samsung Galaxy On5 is a cell phone that does EVERYTHING I need. The Camera is Awesome, The Phone is quite easy to use, with no surprises. This phone is very low priced for what it does, and you can expand the memory! Excellent Phone!

It's a really good phone but the memory killed it, only has 8gb of memory out of which 4-5gb are consumed by the phone system itself.

I purchased the phone on Black Friday as a gift for my son and I have to admit I thought it was going to be a small phone. When I received it I was shocked on how big it was and how great the phone is for the price. My son is happy with this phone.

I love the edge features! The camera is great my kids love the vr games!!!!
