Great Product & service

She sleeps better now! The alarm works great & the monitoring service is fantastic! They only needed to call once but when they couldn’t get ahold of my mom they called me (I’m listed as backup contact) and they were wonderful. I had to replace the double sided tape on one sensor but it was easy to install

Simply love the Simplisafe system

Needed one more entry sensor and hated to pay the delivery charge from the manufacturer. BestBuy is 15 minutes from my house. So, 15 there; 15 back and 5 to install in my garage. Now safe home, happy owners. Thanks, BestBuy for handling this product line. It's a great system and I highly recommend it.
