We clanged classes to gether and attempted to simulate glass breaking with not response. I contact Simplisafe and they indicated that the unit is connected to the system and appeared functional. I would have like to confirm the unit is working

Posted .Hi there! The Glassbreak Sensor is designed to trigger from the specific sound of breaking windows, so just clinking glasses or plates together shouldn't trigger it.
