It was an easy setup! I did have issues with connectivity on the outdoor camera, even with a strong WiFi signal. Getting a hold of Simplisafe customer support was easy, and they offered to overnight a replacement camera. Overall, the system is easy to setup and use. Good quality on the cameras. The active monitoring does cost money to subscribe, but you can use it for free without active security.

This system is excellent in every way. I bought it as a gift for my daughter and she was able to install it easily and relies on it for her home security. The only challenge she has had is that the cameras operate on Wifi 2.4, not 5.0, so we had to update her Wifi to make that work.

Overall works excellent, it’s battery life for being a rechargeable camera last for weeks. I had received it at eighty-two percent over 3 weeks ago and it still has yet to be recharged. The company working behind the scenes are excellent and on point as far as protection comes.

Easy to install & app is super user-friendly with a good level of options for motion sensitivity. It would've been nice if the package options included 2 outdoor cameras (as a single came for a property with a yard is not quite enough!)

System is working fantastic, but be aware. On initial setup i ran into an issue where the system wouldnt fully setup. Long story short, i found out if you have spaces in your ssid the outdoor camera wont connect to the wifi. Other than that, system works great.

Overall it's a good security system. All of the hardware has been solid. There's some minor annoyances with the software, such as during setup. Trying to get it connected to your home wifi isn't the easiest experience. For the price I got it at I'm pretty happy with the system.

Bought as the “Deal of the day” and very happy with it. Very user friendly and easy to set up. Good Customer service, if needed. Highly recommend and plenty of individual add on’s too, if needed.

Very pleased with this system. Easy set up and works great. My camera quit receiving power but i called them and they replaced it ,no questions asked and shipped it out same day.

I have had a SimpliSafe system for years. Very happy with it. I have found that buying a new system at a discount is a great way to add components.

Excellent bundle! I bought this when it was on sale for my new apartment and I love it. The only thing I cant use is the outdoor camera so I gifted that to my parents to use with their system as they have one for their home. I also did purchase some extra door/window sensors. However, this base kit alone comes with the essentials as well as cameras which cost the price of the kit alone! Fantastic deal, I would buy this again in a heartbeat.
