The system works well and is easy to setup, it took less than an hour to have everything setup. (Camera battery needs to be charged t hrs) but the setup for that was quick on it was charged.

The system works well overall. The outdoor camera performance leaves much to be desired. It is slow to react to movement and I had to install a wi-fi extender for it. I some cases video is not recorded. As a total tech member installation was included but the installer had a time limit so he did not install all devices and the camera battery was not fully charged. I will install a Google Nest Outdoor camera (battery) soon to see if it works better and may return this system, opting for a system without the outdoor camera or no cameras instead. The indoor camera is black. It would be nice to have the indoor camera white since everything else is.

Great value. Bought this to replace my old simplisafe system and it works well. The connection speed of the indoor camera is slower than I expected but it is functional.

I used the sticky part of the door alarm senor, fell of and the dog chewed it. Make sure you place the motion sensor high if you have dogs inside they will set it off. It works good are able to zoom in on video talk to people on it. They can here you. Only down side is the rechargeable battery on the outside camera is it doesnt last very long lasted roughly 3 weeks and had to already. Is good still. Key pad code works good. The app takes a moment to show the videos and sometimes acts up a little. I did purchase the subscription for it just to have a piece of mind when not home and be alerted and have a option to send cops to check on house.

The motion sensor will go off with pet movements causing my phone to ring (even when on silence) in the worst moments lol. Other than that its ok.

Very easy to use and set up. Able to do it in less than a hour. Excellent monitoring service as well. Like that if WiFi goes out, the system still works.

This is my third Simplisafe System that I have purchased for 3 different house. It very user friendly, customer support goes above and beyond and their plans allow you to pick what you really need. There is no bells and whistles like some have touch screen keypads, but with my research I have not found many that offer safety alerts when the system is disarmed like this one does, plus there is tons of various sensors that you can purchase. Over a year and a half using my original and still love the simplicity of the system. If you can use a calculator you can use this.

Simplesafe is pretty awesome. I love how easy it is to setup and perfect for home security and I love how Best Buy is offer so many options of home security!

This was an easy set-up. We had Ring at our older house. I am liking SimpliSafe because of the set-up. Nice change. I want it to work with Alexa better than it does.

I have the Simplisafe security system in my home and now I purchased this kit for my office. This was purchased on the Deal of The Day and that was the real motivation! A great security system at a great price! Now with the addition of the wireless outdoor camera, it's a great starter kit. I just installed two of the outdoor wireless cameras on my home and they work great. Now, I'm going to install this at the office and get rid of the old ADT system that has zero features!
