Everything works really well and is super easy to set up! Only downside so far is that the outdoor camera battery died MUCH faster than the description said, less than a month and it died. Easy to take out and charge, though.

Still overpriced don’t need it anymore you can get a better deal through spectrum you can get a better deal through any alarm company again shame on you Best Buy and Citibank

There is no dislike, with the purchase of my simplisafe system it works just like it says it does. Very happy with my new security sustem.

I love this system through and through, BUT i do wish the batter on thr outdoor camera lasted longer. Even with my settings minimized, it only last about 5-6 days.

The person that helped us made it so easy. We have make a lot of purchases at Best Buy. A few have been very fustrating. But this time our helper was amazing.

Works well and everything is easy to set up. Watch for it to go on salw for deal of the day. If you find it on sale, its a great value.

we have not had the time to set it up yet but we know these products as we do alot with veterans and have set this product up for them in their homes

We had Best Buy Total Tech install a SimpliSafe system in early Feb. They have been out 3 additional times, twice with 2 techs, the system has NEVER WORKED. The Base was defective, it looked used (even according to their installer), the indoor cam looked used (according to another tech), so much wasted time and lack of protection. While the SimpliSafe system may be wonderful, none of the techs Best Buy sent had ever installed a SS system before. If you buy a SS system, install it yourself, or call the SS recommended company and do NOT have BB install it. Total Tech is a waste, takes more than a week to get someone out, they're young kids, they don't seem to be able to get it right, they just don't know what they're doing.

Love it so far, outside camera will need to be hooked up to solar panel if you don't want to charge your battery every few months.

It works with out script to monitoring. Have trouble with indoor camera picking up noise from somewhere. Could use a filter to rid. Otherwise it works as intended.

First note that I did not opt into the free 30 days of Simplisafe service. Not due to any issue, just the choice we made at this time. WiFi has been enabled however. I installed all of the units that came with the system. Once I had the base installed, everything installed very easily. The biggest challenge was getting my WiFi password through the keypad. The app is VERY easy to use. The only thing lacking was the ability to schedule when you are Home or Away (with an ability to override). I know the system works because my daughter tripped it while opening one of the doors (while we were home right after setup). Assuming you don't hide the base on a closet or something, you'll definitely know something is going down. The cameras are phenomenal, in both regular light and dark. I have not had the outdoor camera go through a winter yet (obviously). The only issues I had were in regard to the outdoor camera. Mine is placed near a heavy traffic entrance, so I had to make an adjustment so the camera didn't slowly work it's way to point downward due to the vibrations (the camera connects to a strong magnetic base which allows for every angle you could want, but it's magnetic and slick, so it can move). The other issue was that the app get saying the camera was offline, but it worked fine as soon as I tried to view a livestream. Both camera streams were actually quicker to pull up while I was away than at home. The app also shows you all of the other available options you can add on (you have to purchase of course). I will likely be looking at the broken glass devices for some windows I wasn't sure how to secure, and the water detection for the basement. The only other issue, and right now I still do not know if this is coincidence or not, but since I put the system on WiFi it seems to be taking (more than?) it's fair share of bandwidth. I'm running a pretty decent MESH router so I don't think that's the issue. I've had video conference issues more often since the installation, and internet connections have outright dropped. Unless other reviewers report the same thing, I guess I wouldn't give it as second thought however.

Easy to setup . Video takes too long to load. More expensive than sililar setups.

Love the system. Access anywhere. Landlord came in the house while I was out of town and the monitoring system work right away.

I think this package is good. Simplisafe is best security company that you should select to protect your house.

I brought for my family protection and it work great I recommend it u won't regret it

I had camera connection issues, but support got me through it and i love the system.

Installation instruction is pretty straightforward. It took me a half a day for completion though.

So far everything is working as it should be. Will be buying the panic button to go with it.

Not sure on the alarm on inside house! It sends me alarms but no one should be setting it off!!??
