Most of the time, I encountered a device not connected or a similar error, and hard to get rid of it, sometimes in the middle of the nice basestation keeps beeping. I would not recommend this product.

Don’t buy if you don’t want to pay subscription

It would go back to store if I didn’t get it that cheap. You have to subscribe to be able to get a notification on your phone if someone opens your door. You could buy something else that does the job without paying for subscription.

The app on the phone continues to crash during set up. Tech support took 3 hours to help me get the system set up. The only way to get around the bug was to purchase the monthly monitoring for #30 monthly. Also, with SimplySafe, unless you pay $15 monthly you can't get text notifications in the event of an alarm. I recommend choosing another system.
