Simplisafe is the best, it took my and my 15 yr old daughter just about 15-20 minutes including the installation of the product, setting up wifi and also getting the system software up to date. EZeeePZeeee is the name of the game, the quality of cameras is awesome, I can read, most of the times, the license plates of the car in the drive way (During Daytime), even though the camera is on the Front Door and the Driveway is about 20 ft away. The alarm has already called the police to the property once but that's when the people had already left being scared from he alarm noise, they had tried to kick the front door in (literally next day of installation). I installed this, on the same day that we got appliances delivered. The rental area is a little rough and we wanted to ensure that while the home is empty (rental) there's mess. This system just does a great job on the backyard as well and the door sensors worked out for me for Backyard Door, Garage Door and Front Door, I bought an additional 6 sensors from Sams Club for the windows.

Decent enough outdoor camera, especially when caught on sale. I like how easy it is to setup and install everything. Picture quality is good too. Battery is ok. I have a few of these, and the one that picks up the most motion dies quicker than the others. Downside is that immediate notifications can’t always acted on bc there can be a lag when accessing the camera (for a motion recording/live view). Also, everything is Wi-Fi so if the Wi-Fi goes out then the cameras are useless, at least for communicating with the base station. All in all, it’s not the best, but it’s decent enough and does the job with some good qualities.

Easy to set up and use. Video clarity is awesome, battery lasts a very long time, even at very low outside temperatures. Operates for months at sub zero temps, as low as -18.

The overall system is good. The camera takes a few extra secs to load live view. The camera battery life is good. I charge once every 3-4 weeks. The monthly subscription price went from 15 to 30 per month, but their alarm tech support is very quick to respond.

First home security system and it has made our jump to home life feel drastically safer. Outdoor cameras are easy to set up and have great picture. Keypad and fob make activating much easier. Entry sensors are simple and responsive with the base station that provides and audible sound every time it opens (trust me it is not annoying). If you’re looking for a simple system to view and be notified of activity this fits the bill. I don’t subscribe to the services for now until I think we need them but it operates great regardless of that.

System works great but be sure you know your home WiFi capabilities. Initially, I had issues viewing live camera feeds and also reviewing recorded videos from the cameras that were furthest from my router. I ended up changing my home network to add more access points around my house to get better coverage. Immediately when i change over my network, the entire system started working as intended. I do still have some issues with viewing live feed from the cameras with it loading slow but it will eventually came up. I have also added other equipment to the system. The Smart door lock works great overall but has some slowless when trying to unlock or lock the door with the outside keypad. It does not happen often but it does happen. Overall: the system works great but be sure you know the capabilities of your home network to get the best use out of this security system.

Easy to setup and install, great price for all components. I looked a several home security systems and previously owned an Arlo but this upgrade seemed to fit the bill the best for my needs. Options for monitoring are great and affordable, highly recommend.

Amazing! I love it! I bought the blink outdoor system first and it irritated me so much that it made me love this one even more. It has a lot more features too. It's easy to install and I actually feel SAFE. The only drawback is you have to recharge the cameras almost weekly. But it's super easy and not that much of a hassle. RECOMMEND!

Very easy to self install, with Total Tech we were able to have free installation. Awesome service. Great product, clear video and voice from inside to outside for unwanted people. Recommend the solar panels for outdoor cameras. Panels keep the cameras charged, no need to change the batteries

Great product! I bought it for my new house and right after I installed it I feel safer already. Cameras are amazing with the 1080p quality and very responsive. Already installed 2 of the entry sensors and will be buying more as well as the camera battery as it's a great value.

These camera work very good and you can see even at night but have a con the battery is not lasting very long still check in camera’s

Purchased this some time ago for my home. Works great, cameras are crisp and clear. Easy to install. The associate was knowledgeable and walked me thru the transaction. Very satisfied with this transaction.

Wonderful product. This package deal was a good value as well, bought during holiday sale. This comes with two outdoor cameras, central brain, keypad controller, key fob, and yard sign. We have used it a couple of months and it is excellent. It doesn’t disrupt our lives, and we can see who is entering our home remotely by our phones. Great for monitoring thise package deliveries too. So easy to set up anyone with a smartphone can do it in minutes. We ordered other components and they connect seamlessly. I suggest buying more door/window detectors, a couple of motion detectors, and 1-2 interior cameras, especially if you have random people coming in your home. We ordered a few water detectors to alert us of flood, and two smoke alarms. They are tiny and discrete.

So far the system, plus a few extra devices I purchased, have all been easy to install. I had no issues connecting to my wi-fi. Biggest functional issue I've had is the keypad needs to be within 30 feet of the base station. I had wanted the keypad by our "exit" door and the base station in our bedroom. I had to move the base station to a closer location. Most of my issues with the system are how dated the functions and app are. It knows what sensors are what but the base station just pings regardless of which item has been triggered. It would be nice if it said "garage door" for an example. The system knows what sensors are called what. It also "talks" to you about other items so it is possible. When you log in to check the device status it tells you the status is out of date and you should refresh. Why doesn't it refresh automatically? The Timeline posts a lot from the cameras but not what sensors may have been open/closed. It would be nice if they allowed you to select what type of events gets posted. The cameras are certainly a negative for the system. Considering I have three Google Nest cameras installed I find the contrast between Nest and Simplisafe startling. Lower wi-fi sensitivity, no package/person/vehicle/face differentiation, even if plugged into AC the cameras have to go through a relatively long wake up process which means you will probably miss the event that sent you the trigger. The cameras, and in fact the whole system, only works on a 2.4Ghz system. I feel a lot of the issues I have could be corrected via software if Simplisafe wanted to invest the time & effort but considering its 2023 and the functionality is behind I am not hopefull.

The outdoor cameras disconnect frequently from your Wi-Fi in which doesn’t have much to do with the connection as my cameras were located close by the router. The battery dies frequently and can cause problems when placing back into the camera, I spent more time on the phone calling customer service in just the 1st week. Overall now it seems to function well.

Extremely easy set up and good video quality for wireless cameras. Customer service has been good when needed. Decent camera battery life (about 2 weeks at 1080 setting), but wish there was a low battery warning, instead of it just sending a notification that it was shutting off. Overall good purchase for what we need it for.

Super easy to set up with the app on an iPhone. I love the key fob; it is so convenient. The cameras are also extremely easy to install. I did end up using my own hardware because the screws included were pretty short and I wanted to make sure it would stay secure being outside. Honestly, it probably wouldn't have mattered because of the way the cameras are designed. The magnetic attachment to the mount is solid either way, I'm very happy with this purchase!

Excellent Value I got the bundle sale. I love this system, it gives piece of mind. My only gripe is the speed to connect to the camera from the phone app to see whats going on. Ring cam is faster (I have a 2019 model that views faster than the wireless simplisafe cam). Also sound issues on the cam one allows for the visitor to hear you but you better be a good lip reader you can't hear them. I have a ring cam so I'm not worried about it but still, even after updating the software same issue, i called cust service they gave me the runaround and no real fix.

Great value and security for the price as well as easy install.
