Simplisafe is really a great experience. All the steps to install adjust and set-up the service could not be easier. I especially like the ability to check on the remote cameras from my phone and see when packages arrive. Great product line.

cameras arent as good as i would have hoped but system works

As a Total Tech member, I let the Geek Squad handle the install. The ap is fairly intuitive, and the cameras are a nice value (they're quite expensive on their own). However, the motion sensor on one of the cameras is incredibly sensitive. I'm still determining how to best calibrate. Compared to other home security packages, this is a good value. But the jury is still out on whether the motion-activated cameras can be adjusted to suit my environment -- which is why I took away two stars.

The wine fridge is nice and chills the bottles perfectly.

I feel the doorbell camera should be included. Also, I’m having trouble getting mine set up.

Super easy to set up and install. Each component easily connects to the base system and the app is easy to use. The app also allowed you to check the arm status as well as arm the system when you are away from home.

I have been overall very happy with my Simplisafe system. Best Buy had the best price on it at the time. The system is easy to set up and customer service is great to help when needed. The only issue is the camera batteries do not last very long and I do not have a way to hardwire them in the locations I need. Its not a deal breaker but good to know. The camera I have issues with picks up a lot of car motion, even with the sensitivity turned down so that is why. The app works pretty good and it is a convenient system.

Wanted to get a security system for my family. After much research.. decided on this system.! Don’t regret it.!

Great System and Bundle , Just yet again Delayed live view and it’s ridiculous how it just works with their own app , even tho It claims you can use Google home or Alexa it just works for basic voice commands so you CANT monitor your cameras thru a Google nest or Alexa devices if that’s a selling point for you. Don’t get them

An acceptable system. Notifications when a door is open or a movement in front of the camera are not alerting nature.

Truly is simple to install. Called customer support for a quick account setup and got a real person right away. No hold or robo questions. Adding more cameras and sensors is simple.

Bought this package only for the two outside cameras. The entire package was less expensive than purchasing the cameras separately. I integrated the two sensors and key pad into my existing Simplisafe system.

I’m so glad Bestbuy offers Simplisafe. It’s a fantastic product and with Bestbuy offering the install and technical support, we gave ourselves a “high five”! We did a lot of research on security systems and decided on Simplisafe for several reasons - its quality, reliability, and its options wrt. monitoring. While we rely on Bestbuy’s superb Geek support, it’s good to know that Simplisafe’s customer service is highly rated. An extra shout-out to our Bestbuy In-Home Consultant! She was outstanding and really helped us choose the specific configuration that works best for our home layout.

Service not great keep freezing on us we can’t even see alive motion. Video Won’t show right away

The Simplisafe security system is so easy to setup and use! And now I'm using it in my building at work! I purchased this kit because of the new outdoor wireless cameras! These will be a great addition to my home system.
