Was skeptical about this product but must admit I am surprised by how easy it was to setup and activate My wife loves having the system installed and gives her peace of mind

This system is simply the best, I have had Brinks, Vivit, others, nothing comes close to the feature set offered by SimpliSafe and can alert as fast as Simplisafe, I highly recommend them. Right now I am using it at 3 locations without a care in the world. Icing on the cake, it is priced right and YOU own the equipment. You don't have to get a complete system from the outset, you can grow it over time, for example the water sensors, or camera's, etc.

I love this system! Solid security and super easy to set up! I was up and running in under 30 minutes. I have had no issues with the Simplisafe system and love the easy configuration capabilities.

Easy to set up, reasonably priced monitoring but not required. I would have given it 5 stars but the door sensors do not stay sticky taped to doors.

Works great for my apartment. Hasn’t set any false alarms. It’s been working great for me. The app allows me to see a timeline of all activity such as when my alarm is armed/disarmed, WiFi disconnects/reconnects, power outage/restored, etc. You can even have your alarm monitored but you have to pay extra. Also, depending where you live you need to pay a fee for a permit to dispatch police in case your alarm goes off. All in all, a decent alarm system.

Perfect for home monitoring after google discontinued its nest system. Use this instead of ADT!!

Great system to start your home security with, come with controller, hub movement and door/window sensors

Great product if you are on a budget. But... There are a few caveats. 1. The door/window sensors don't stick very well. The adhesive on the back is absolute garbage. 2. I hate that I have to subscribe to have full access to all the security features. However, It does the job without subscribing.

It works, but the technology is dated and Simplisafe doesn't offer many accessories, like cameras, that work well. I purchased the door lock and a few other items - they all died within 18 months, it was a total waste of money.

Seamless setup. Reliable system. I really appreciate that it works independent of WiFi.

The instructions were easy to follow and the set up worked the first time I tried it. Highly recommend the SimpliSafe system as it was more economical than the Nest!

The setup was completed within minutes, now my family has 24 hour security. Love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for home security system.

Some features of this are nice. You get an indicator noise whenever anyone enters your home or leaves your home. I have not had a break in so I do not know how useful it is for that. So far I have not been able to figure out all the features. They came to install but were unable to install the motion sensor which is the main feature. And they could not explain how to hook this up to my phone.

Great product but the battery life doesn't last long and the connectivity takes time

I installed this is my mother’s home. It was a super easy setup. And it’s fairly easy for her to understand. I gave it 4 stars because, like others, I had issues with the strips sticking to the wall. I ended up having to use the screws provided but would have much preferred to have been able to have the options that the strips would have offered.

Great value and good reliable system, easy to set and operate. Left home and forgot to set the alarm no problem with the easy app. The monitoring company is fast to respond as I didn’t get it turned off in time after opening a door and they instantly called to verify everything was OK. Monitoring is less than half the cost of your major alarm companies.

I installed this alarm system in my entire home, every window and door and motion detector in less than 1/2 hour. Tested everything and good to go. The only thing I am not sure about is the smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors. I want to purchase but reviews on these items seem less than favorable. Too many false alarms according to the reviews. However, for basic intruder alarm function, I think this is a great buy. Hopefully simplisafe will make a smoke detector that I feel confident with but until then I will not add it to my system.
