A minor misstep on install was easy to correct without any need for an agent to assist. Set this all up in one afternoon, including the monitoring service! Many paths to turn the system off and on make use a breeze and the sleek components are easy to fit in most homes. So thankful for this system after a long time with a monitored system at high cost and many problems. Highly recommend!

If you're not up for paying 100's for nearly the same or less, go with this option. I will add the fire/ CO alarms and camera possibly. The camera reviews may alter your opinion about going with that one, but can't say how much this has eased my mind for as much electronics I purchase through Best Buy.

It was easy to set up and easy to add many more sensors of different types. The adhesive on one sensor failed to stick and the sensor fell, causing a false alarm. I also had one mysterious motion sensor trigger. Paying for the Interactive plan is worth it for the app access. After one month, so far so good. Much better than paying one of the big name companies.

The magnets don’t do well on doors ever time I open and close the metal entry doors they slide so I had to screw them on.I really like the remote and the app for my phone . For the price it does the job.
