We installed this system in our new home because of the many features it offers. Every one of our past homes had a security system. Most were hard wired and had a monthly fee for monitoring that was around $50. This was super easy to install and we use our iPhones to arm, disarm and monitor status. It has audible voice commands to give status which we like. Doors, windows and motion detectors all are working well. Cameras may be added down the road. It is the best system we have ever had. A++

Great system my wife love it. I went from ADT to Brinks costing me more money, they they cant change monitor when it breaks down what me to sign new contract. Hello simplisafe easy to put up yourself got the camera for out side garage also and i got coverage just like the big names. Love it altogther cost 200.00 system & camera 139.00 total.

System is too easy to set up and use. Weary of DIY kits in the past but after years of using a major name alarm company, I asked myself why? Kit will pay itself off within a year and still has all of features and protection I need in a system. Phone app, backup cellular service, simple setup, that’s it really.

After there were a few break-ins in the neighborhood, we decided it was time to get a monitored security system. It was very easy to setup and we love having the additional ability to monitor the system from our iPhones. That does cost a bit extra, but we're happy to pay it. One note, you may need to get an alarm permit from your local law enforcement to use the monitoring. We didn't anticipate that it was fairly pricey, so do your research.

This is a great security system that monitors doors, windows, smoke, and water.

I did a lot of research before buying a security system and this was my ultimate choice. I’m so glad I purchased this one. It’s so easy to use and keeps my family safe. I also like that you can add anything you want like cameras, water sensors, smoke detectors and extra window door sensors. There’s just so many options with this brand and it’s very affordable. Also SimpliSafe customer service is outstanding.

Install was easy and fairly quick. I did end up screwing the sensors to the wall to ensure they would not fall off. I signed up for the $25 per month service so I could use the app to control and monitor the system. I wish that was available for the $15 per month monitoring plan. That would be my only complaint and reason for the 4 star rating. But coming from ripoff Vivint $25 per month is a steal.

The quality of this system is top notch. Reminds me of Apple products in that way. Install was really fun and easy. No need for tools to install. The system is amazing and was able to test that the SimpliSafe center received our signal. No contract made this a no brained compared to XFinity. Lower plan is $14.99 and top plan is $24.99. What a bargain!

I have not set it up yet but will provide updates.
