Installation of this system was a positive change from the old (other brand) system. I had to work though some initial issues, and was pleased with Simplisafe customer service. It's as Simplisafe fixed all the things I didn't like about the old system.

We had been debating on trying simplisafe for the last 3 years. Recently purchased it and we are very satisfied with it. It was easy to install and works fine. Also the monitoring fees are less than what we were paying with AT&T Digital Life.

Overall, I am happy with this purchase. Easy to install and set up. Disappointed in the fact that I cant disarm or arm from the ap unless I have the monitoring subscription. The only reason they do that is to get you sign up for monitoring so they can make more money on you.

Easy to set up. Super easy to install. Very low chance of false alarms. Literally took me 15 minutes out of the box to be up and running. Adding pieces is super easy it has a great range and other than forgetting to turn it off. I love the system. Great peace of mind for very little.

Purchased for more my father living on his own. Simple operation makes this system convenient for older persons who are not tech savvy. Only issue is that the tape for sensors and control panel are not adequate to use as long term mounts. They are convenient for using to hold in place ehile attatching with provided screes.

I was really impressed with the quality of this system. It is very simple to set up and it's like having a professional alarm system in your home. We installed this in a home that is located in a remote area and I feel much safer. I would recommend this highly.

This system is my second one. It is for my hunting camp. Have one at home one year ago and liked it so much bought again. Easy set up and also added smoke alarms to system. Has monitoring for like as low $15.00 a month. Now I have no worries about theft and fire.

So easy to set up. Easy to place the sensors (I had a combination of door sensors, glass break and motion). Easy to program them into the base station and also activate service. Very pleased. No wonder this product is so successful! Great customer service and we triggered alarms to ensure the sensors worked and that I would receive a call.

Absolutely love this system. I set it up in just a few minutes. I pay for the monthly monitoring and it's so nice to have someone call right away to make sure things are okay. Also there's so many additional features you can add.

Easy to set up and use. Only gripe is the adhesive strips can be iffy depending on the surface you adhere them to. I had to reinforce most of the contacts on my windows with additional double sided tape and I opted to screw in the brackets for my doors to hold up better.

Easy to install, however I did end up using some better 3M double sided tape for some sensors, and screwed some in for install. The only changes I would have liked, is an A/C power option for the keypad, or even rechargeable battery for it. Overall it's a very nice user friendly system.

Love the easy setup, solid base station and key pad. I do recommend using the screws to attach the sensors, as a couple of them fell down, the same day, with the provided tape. My issue with this product is that you can't, get notified if your alarm goes off, control your system when away from home, unless you get there monitoring plan...the expensive plan...really!!! If I wanted to pay, that kind of money, I would go with a professional company. It's a DIY KIT... install and monitor yourself. I a sensor that won't arm, but, I can't tell which one, because I don't have the app to show me and the unit doesn't say. If you travel a lot and need to arm or disarm your alarm and don't want to pay a monitoring fee...this is not the unit to get. Unfortunately, I had my system for over two months before I installed it. So, I can't return it for a refund. Not recommended!!!

This product is easy to set up (for the most part). My only complaint is that it doesn’t really show you where the zones for the sensors are starting and ending, so you’re kind of playing a guessing game when placing them around the house. I’ve tested all the entry sensors and they work great though.

We self installed in less than an hour and love it's ease of use, its low cost and the sense of security it gives us. I added on an alarm button next to our bed and it really came in handy. The monthly monitoring cost is cheap enough and there are no long term contracts needed.

The security system absolutely fits the needs for my home. It's very user friendly. Very easy to set up. You can add different things to the system when you need them. It works great!

The SimpliSafe alarm system is easy to use and set up. I would definitely recommend this system to anyone who is looking for a easy system to use. I like that I have a key fob that I can use to arm and disarm the system.
