    I have used these cameras for a few years around my home. It gives me piece of mind that I can check up on things when I’m away a work. Also occasionally there can be a false alarm and I can visually check the house remotely. This reduces anxiety greatly and prevents unnecessary responses by police or having to return to the house myself. Even if you have a home alarm these security cameras are important to have. Also they work independently of a security system. It lets me check up on the kids and pets- good piece of mind.

    Never has a problem with that. Do the work properly and always connected to the wi-fi. Stays outside the hour with the camera protector.

    Good camera, but constant clicking like a typewriter was annoying. We have two other cameras that work just fine we bought last year, but these two were bad.

    Beware - there are known issues with cameras being sold by retailers (not direct from SimpliSafe) that result in the camera being useless and unable to connect to the buyer’s system. When setting up, the camera will not connect and an error message stating the camera has an existing association to another account will display. Exchanging the camera with one sent directly from SimpliSafe solved the problem. Other than that, this is a great product.
