I love the SimpliSafe door camera so it made sensw to get the indoor camera to watch my dog while away. Clear audio and video. Mounting was easy and it easily connects to your SimpliSafe account with your other devices. I plan to get another one to cover my hallway & front door.

Opens much faster than wired one and feels like an upgrade! Battery lasts good so would recommend definitely.

The SimpliSafe alarm system is easy to install, and the addition of the Smart Alarm Wireless Indoor camera is helpful because being wireless we are able to move it around to where we want it, when we want. A nice addition to the wired cameras that came in the package.

The camera was easy to set-up and it works as intended. Please be aware that you must have a paid monthly subscription with Simplisafe for an additional $10.00 a month, for this device to record and notify you. The are other systems that will notify you and record without a paid subscription such as Arlo which I have at one of my other properties.

The camera works but I am not a fan of aything that can see and or hear inside my home that doesnt have a manual off switch. And this camera does not have an off switch. I also found that even though I had motion detection off when my system was set to Home, the camera still turned on and recorded when I disarmed my alarm. There is no way, even via the app, to stop the camera from turning on and recording. If the camera gets hacked, other than throwing it out of the house, there is no way to stop someone from seeing and or hearing inside your home. I am planning on returning it.

Works great easy to install and set up. Live view in app is easy to operate as well

This was a needed addition to our SimpliSafe system. Good quality and only 10 minutes to set it up. Highly recommended.

Very clear videos and sound. I have not used it with out the power cord so not sure how long the cordless function works yet, but overall a great addition to my SimpliSafe package!

Have it inside my house to see my dogs while I'm not home and works great

I had high hopes for this camera, however, it consistently failed to save videos to the basestation making it useless as a security device. Through SimpliSafe tech support I tried two separate cameras, both with the same results. I could live stream but motion events were lost. The camera requires 2mbps of data to upload motion events. In-app diagnostics consistently showed my camera had a minimum of 6mbps (three times what it needed) but failed to upload every time. The device was within 10 feet of the base station and within 20 of the router. Tech support escalated my issue but after no response I chose to return the product for a full refund before my warranty ran out. I believe the product is well intentioned but I don't believe it was properly tested or ready for market. I would stick with the older 1080p simplicam.

Great addition to our existing Simple Safe Security system. Easy and fast to set up. Works well and provides additional visual safety.

The camera provides quick response and great resolution. The fact that this allows SimpliSafe responders to talk directly in an alarm situation is a positive over the previous indoor camera solution.

Nice picture, even in low light. Easy to connect to the system. It advertises that the SimpliSafe rep can talk to intruders. Thankfully haven't had to verify that yet!
