Love this door lock works great and if any issues out side of warranty simplisafe handles depending on monitoring package

While I do think this is a good product I ultimately returned it only because it wasn’t what I was wanting.

These locks are amazing! Along with the smart lock you can also access the information on the SimpliSafe application. I chose these because I wanted peace of mind when I was away from the house if I forgot to lock the door. I have been very happy with these locks the past 5 months. They were very simple to install. I had some issues not with these locks but with the setup of my door and how old it was. Just something to keep in mind when trying to setup yourself without professional help.

This lock has an excellent design however I actually had to return this because it required a device to connect it to wifi and you couldn't purchase just that one item.

This is a smart lock for the beginner or someone who still wants to push numbers and put an access code in. For those who are looking from smarter more options I would not recommend this lock system, But not to say this lock and safety so just my opion

This keypad is every bit as functional as keypads from other brands. My six-year-old son is able to use it, my mother can figure out how to update the PIN, and my grandfather could have installed it. This product is consistent with the brand SimpliSafe, and because it's a simple solution. There's no added benefit to keypads from other brands. This product removes the noise of other "helpful features," and it keeps the price at about 30% of its competitors.

This was easy to I stall and looked very nice! I had to return it because I did not know that you needed an entire system with a monthly subscription. Very expensive for something you need to keep paying for

Easy to install. Beautiful design. Great application and easy interface makes this a great addition to any home.

This product was simple and easy to install, no tool major tools needed. By far one of the easiest installation i’ve ever done. There’s a downside to know SimpliSafe user, that they need to pay for the service ( that’s know ) i own a SimpliSafe system so I don’t need to pay extra service door lock - therefore Amazing Product

Great product no complaints, easy to install and link, I taped the special key for the keypad to my inside battery cover to avoid loosing it!

So far so good. Installed on the front door which isn't used a lot, but the install was relatively easy. Getting the correct insert in the appropriate orientation was a little frustrating, but eventually got it installed properly. Haven't had any issues since.

OUTSTANDING automated deadbolt that is linked to my alarm and has an access code which can be programmed for temporary or permanent entry access.

This lock is useless without the base station and can't interface with Google assistant without a subscription. Aside from that simplisafe cameras are garbage.

I love the lock, itself. My only complaint is, you need the simplisafe alarm system for it to work. Which is fine, I needed one anyhow. My issue is that it's not on the description for the product, nor on the box. The only reason I found out was after an extensive search on the internet. Otherwise, great product.

Easy to install just follow instructions, works well with app. So much easier then using a key.

I purchased this to add to my SimpliSafe alarm system so that I can remotely lock or unlock my front door. Installation was nice and easy. You just remove old inside hardware, place on the inter new lock hardware and place the keypad on the front door. So far so good, it works with my alarm system.

Love my SimpliSafe Smart Lock! It was easy to install and I love seeing who is going in and out of my door via the app!

This lock and the system I bought with it are amazing. It works so easily and is even easier to install for yourself.
