We are very happy with the video quality of this doorbell. It was simple to install. It provides an excellent view of the front yard and driveway. Alerts from the app are instantaneous and only detects human movement. There are no false alerts from cars driving by, animals, etc. If you want added security, I strongly recommend it.

Great picture with wide view. Camera up and running in less than 10 mins

This is a good camera; especially if you already have a simplisafe system and pay for interactive monitoring. The look and feel is pleasing. The detection is spot on and false positives are very rare. It falls short with the wifi radio and antenna it uses. It basically needs to be within 10 feet of your router to avoid dropouts. The only workaround is to use a wifi extender. I would have rather had a larger form factor with better wifi. Also, you may need to call simplisafe and request a free chime connector if you here buzzing coming from your chime. Disconnect your camera until you have it or you risk burning up your chime transformer.

It does what I need it to do. I have a SimpliSafe security system at home and this doorbell updated in my app perfectly without issues. It runs great and has a crystal clear video image. We ultimately decided to go with this doorbell as opposed to others because there was no additional monthly service charge above what we already pay for the security system.

I like the camera . Excellent quality buy and voice is okay too. Easy to install and configure. I don’t like the look much but manageable.

Very good clarity of video. Easy to install and setup. Very quick detection and faster notification as well as faster to open for live view. Replaced another video doorbell we had previously installed. This expands our security system and have one app to manage.

This camera has helped us immediately when dealing with possible vandalism or theft to our cars and property in the front of the house. We are also able to see solicitors and speak with them without opening the door, which provides ideal security. This camera is clear and can see our neighbors house across the street even at night.

Porduct seems fine. Not easy to install in an older home doorbell system. Still not in place

Had a few snags while trying to setup. When installing you have to give it a few minutes to power up which took me awhile to realize and also it only connects to 2.4ghz internet bandwidth which meant i had to change some settings on my router. But once working I thinks its just as good as if not better than a ring doorbell cam

The Simplisafe Pro Video doorbell does work well with my existing Simplisafe security system. I did have some difficulty in getting the doorbell to recognize my wifi system. Had to do a " hard boot" on both wifi and the doorbell to get them talking to each other. It is somewhat slow to notify you when you have activity or when the doorbell is pushed but the video an sound do produce a decent recording, There might be a better video doorbell out there but if you have the Simplisafe security system already, this device makes more sense.

We already have a Simplisafe alarm system, so this was a no brainer when considering video doorbells. It was easy to install, and works great for the most part. I have very rarely encountered network issues when viewing videos remotely, but I'm thinking that a wifi extender would fix that minor issue. The picture and audio is very clear. The speaker is loud enough, and easy to understand, and there have been zero issues with false motion detection so far. Only human figures activate it. We're very happy with the product so far.

So easy to install and set up! The video quality is awesome. I think it's great to get alerts on my phone when someone is at my front door. I wanted to try the video doorbell first before I purchased a complete security system. I'm so happy with Simpli safe I will now purchase a Simpli safe security system.

Good camera. Excellent video and prompt signal send when someone comes to door. I like the performance of this product and the fact that it is wired. I will recommend to others.

Easy to install and integrate with the whole system. It has a great camera and detection. We've used the feature to talk to the person a few times and it works well.

I'm going to be honest, at first I didn't like this camera because it didn't pick up cars pulling into my driveway or people as I expected. After playing around the settings, you can adjust the video quality and the motion sensitivity. After those changes, it's a good camera. It works very well with the simplisafe app and system. If you are in the simplisafe network, the doorbell camera is a great fit.

Pretty standard door bell camera does good video. I have no complaints

I really like the idea of a doorbell camera and the price was great but in order to store data you have to pay a monthly fee. I have a SimpliSafe alarm system but the monthly charge for the alarm doesn’t cover the doorbell video storage. The quality of the video is great and the zoom ability is a plus. Finally I had a doorbell that has different ring tones, this doorbell will not work with the electronic doorbell ringers. I had to buy a simple ding dong ringer to get it to work. Other than the above mentioned I do like and recommend this product.
