So far love the system and the way it works. The install was pretty easy and the video quality is really good for the price point.

Purchased the video doorbell and installed very easily. The first one had very choppy audio and would disconnect at random. I thought it was my wifi, but tested signal at the doorbell and it was -60db. Then I thought it was the power. My doorbell transformer is 16V/10VA. Thought it was not enough power. Upon calling simplisafe for support, explained the situation. They said it should work, and I humored them walking me through removing and re-installing it. The same issues happened. Sporadic shutting off while on the phone. Customer support concluded the unit was defective. I returned it to Best Buy. They took it back without question and sent me a replacement. Got the replacement a few days later and thankfully it worked perfectly. Good thing I didn't buy a wifi extender or a new transformer. Was almost going to purchase the Nest doorbell previously, but glad I waited for the simplisafe doorbell since I already had simplisafe system. Kudos to best buy for having the faceplate color options and for easy purchase and exchange.

Great product, easy to install, set up and use. Love the convenience of being able to see outside my door from anywhere. Although, there are not usually any discounts with this system, I highly recommend the entire Simplisafe security system.

Couldn’t be happier with this camera. The quality is great. You can choose which resolution it records in. 1080p will use a bit more bandwidth from your network, but worth it in my opinion. Set up in less than 10 minutes! Great range as well!

I like this door bell camera except for one thing. Unless someone actually rings the door bell you cannot talk them. That irritates me because there have been times I wanted to tell at the postman for his not so smart placement of my packages. But other than that issue I like the product. I did receive the product for free on a special Best Buy was having for the purchase of the SimpliSafe alarm system.

Great view, I only have the doorbell so I stick with the no subscription. Only complaint is sometimes it takes too long to open app to get to talk to whoever's most the door bell. Easy install, great 2way communication, and motion sensor.

This doorbell camera is a great addition to your Simplisafe system! The picture quality is up to 1080p if you select that resolution and it looks great! It is very easy to setup, just remember that it must be connected to your 2.5Ghz network.

This camera is very clear and has good recording. The motion detection isnt very good. Picks up all cars going by very good but does not detect humans really at all. Ive messed with setting and still ends up the same outcome

Easy to connect and setup. The ring doorbell is a little more clear but this does the job.

If you have simplisafe as your alarm system, get this camera over Ring. 1 because ring has a high rate of failure when setting up and 2 because it is seamless set up and use with the simplisafe app. I will say though that this picks up cars a lot on motion. I ended up setting it to just bell alerts and motion captured but not on notifications. The night mode is very good. No complaints there. I do highly recommend this camera. Tried a lot of them. This is the easiest.

Finally the door bell is here. I have been waiting for this for a while. I just added this with my existing simplisafe security system. So far everything works perfect. The night vision works good too. Installation was very easy. all I’m missing is the outdoor camera.

The Simplisafe doorbell camera quality is SUPERB day or night! It has a very wide focal range and the motion detection captures everything. I needed an adapter for the chime box since the addition of the always on video created a constant buzz or humming vibration. Not a real issue but you do notice it. Really there are no cons with this unit. It is the very best!

Awesome video doorbell! The video quality is excellent and it was very easy to install. On top of that, it has three different color covers to choose from.

Was unsure about purchasing, but glad I did. This was a very good addition to my SimpliSafe set up. Set up was easy, and camera works very well. If you’re thinking about purchasing you’ll be satisfied with this product.

The original switch had disintegrated and we have the simplisafe alarm system. Very easy install and worked perfectly from the start. Automatic video of whoever comes to the front door and you can answer when you are away.

The clarity of the camera is amazing. This was very easy to install also.
