I added this doorbell camera to my simplisafe system. Has a good field of view and decent videos quality.

The clarity of the camera is amazing. This was very easy to install also.

The doorbell camera was easy to install and the view through the app was very clear. I love the notifications when someone is near the door. The cost to monitor is low and it integrated with the SS alarm system with no problems.

SimpiSafe works great! Peace of mind! I installed in my home because I wasn't going to be living there full time. It works great!

I bought this to compliment my SimpliSafe security system. It was easy to install and works well. The only issue I have is that the settings are limited compared to the Ring doorbell. For example you can ignore or silence alerts for a select period of time (ie when the landscaping company is mowing the lawn or kids are playing on the front porch, etc), other than that it’s working well.

So easy to install. Love the fact I can now talk with a person and see them without opening the door. Gives me peace of mind. Sound and picture clarity are great, It lights up as I approach. So glad I bought it.

Great product in general, they offer wedges to offset the angle of siding but don’t offer a set or adjustable shim to get a better view from a recessed door when the door bell is 90 degrees to the door it significantly reduces your field of view. I also don’t care for immediate notification of motion but a few minute delay in camera viewing.

This is a really nice door bell and is very easy to install. I get less false alerts than I have with the ring doorbell. It does have a bit of a lag to the notification. On one occasion the UPS driver came to the door and the doorbell never gave me a movement alert.... but I guess nothing is 100%. Over all I am pleased with the doorbell. To view recordings you get 30 days free then have to pay.

Camera quality is excellent, installation was easy. It gives you an extra layer of protection, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Easy to install except an angle mounting bracket (a ten cent piece of plastic) should have been included. Camera image quality is good. Easy to integrate into the SimpliSafe System. SimpliSafe support is awesome; very helpful took the time to explain everything I needed to know for this and other alarm system questions.

Video quality is ok. Connection to WiFi is 2.4 GHz only, so that was a pain given that’s saturated where I needed to put it. Installation was mostly easy, however DO NOT screw in the anti-tamper screw in the bottom all the way. It strips REALLY easily. Was a massive pain to get out.

I haven’t been able to use it because where I live I don’t have a door. Just and elevator but all the other stuff I bought in the package has been really great

Works pretty well. Sometimes lose connection. Clear images.

quick to install and very small in size not bulky like some other products- it also comes with two other plate covers if you want to change the color

If you have the main Simplisafe system, this is a no-brainer. Get the Interactive plan and you get free recordings. On medium sensitivity it might be a bit too sensitive, but it hasn't missed anyone yet! Satisfied after a month. Installation tip: The cardboard piece that says "Clearance" needs to be removed before you screw the doorbell in! It's trapped by the screws.

Great addition to the overall Simplisafe system. Having all your cameras in one app versus multiple brands and multiple apps has been great. Also the quality and clarity of the camera is impressive! The visible area is larger than other doorbell brands we've used.

This door bell camera works well. Only issue every now and again it goes offline, but just clicking connect it connects back.
