    Haven't used this product yet but if it's like the other simplisafe products I will like it just fine very happy with there products abs customer service dept they back there products up from defects and error and they have protected my homes for over 3years now and many more

    Should there be a leak, you will get alerted by sms and an alarm. Pretty decent. Note: I do have their subscription.

    One more addition to my SimpliSafe System. Just what I needed. If you have SimpliSafe app on your phone, then this water sensor sends notification in case of water leakage. This feature saves my $$ by not subscribing to monthly services.

    Works as advertised. But only lasted 18 months. Randomly goes off in middle of night so has to be replaced

    As soon as water touches this thing you’ll get a call from Simplisafe’s monitoring service- I know because it’s happened to me twice! So glad to have a system that will alert me to leaks I can’t see, whether I’m home or not.

    Wanted to make sure that our upstairs bathrooms and our laundry room is always dry. For such a small price for this safety item to prevent huge and costly repairs that they can be sprinkled throughout the house.
