This was my daughter’s most wanted gift for Christmas, which she opened this morning. We plugged it in and the jack went inside the microphone... very disappointed.

It takes just seconds to connect to Bluetooth, the sound quality and volume is great. We’ve used it in the car and on a boat so far and it is such a BLAST!!
