I’m was so disappointed with the SiriusXM radio gift card that I bought for a friend for Christmas and it has been unbelievable trying to get it activated in her car .I called the 800 number to try to get the HELP with the care. I got a NON ENGLISH SPEAKING PERSON THAT WAS REALLY GETTING ME UPSET .... I explain to her what was going on and I was trying to activate the card on line though the Sirius app I was advised that it a additional fee to use the app. I explained to the lady that the card reads ROCK OUT IN YOUR CAR ,AT HOME,ON THE APP & ONLINE. I was so disappointed this is really really horrible . She told me that I would have to pay extra to use the Internet

Easy to use and convenient. Arrived quicker than expected. I prefer to use the gift cards as opposed to credit cars with Sirius because they store you payment info on file and than charge you out the a.. once your promo is over. They can't do that if you pay with a gift card.

Id rather use a precard card then a credit card so the company don't automatically charge my credit card at renewal time.
