Good enough for the price

The screen display is a little weak and unreadable in the sunlight. The overall quality is definitely better than I expected for the price.

Not what I expected

Bought it for my husband's work van. He is unable to use it for work. Then I was told that I couldn't get a refund because it was opened and beyond the refund date. I bought it to early to make sure I had it to surprise him. So, by the time he opened it too much time went by. FYI there is no connection that can be added product must be connected to vehicle.

Great upgrade

Every time we rode in her vehicle I would hear all the songs I haven't heard in a while. Meanwhile, in my car...... It does everything I want and need it to do. It has a small footprint, which in a MINI is important. Installer did a fantastic job.

This was a warranty replacement for the original device purchased last year. Geek Squad reinstalled the replacement professionally and promptly.

Some of the remote locations don't have radio coverage, but this keeps me connected during the drive.

I came up with a solution and they handle it perfectly. The unit itself works just fine for me. Nice color screen
