    Pretty simple, it automatically switches to your afyermarket/portable sirius radio when radio is turned on and car radio is set to fm channel you set. It does what it says it does and will do stay on that channel no matter where you are.

    This little adapter helped a lot, I do not longer have the big cable running in my car to enjoy my Sirius XM, when i had the cables it bothered me, now it looks good and we have room to use the adapter for other stuff, like a cell charger...

    I was a bit worried when I looked up reviews that said this does not give good quality reception for Sirius XM radios. I live in rural AZ and travel from Southern AZ to North East AZ and do not lose any reception at all!!!

    I have a lifetime membership for my XM radio and didn't want to give that up so when I got a new car I just installed my radio in my new car.

    Sounds a little scratchy if your on a frequency that has a broadcast on it. You might have to switch frequencies as you drive to different areas but without a Bluetooth stereo or an auxiliary input it's the best option. It works well and I'm glad I have it to connect my Sirius radio with a vehicle dock to my car stereo

    This item is a must have for alder car radios that DO NOT have an audio input. Unit plugs between your radio and car antenna.

    Got this to run XM directly to the FM antenna. Curiously, my 2018 Ford F-150 did not have an Auxiliary input. Worked great!

    It set up quickly in my truck but i had to buy another 30 bucks in adapters to make the antennae work for my 99 s10. It works perfectly and never skips a beat but wouldn't recommend using in an older model gm unless you upgrade radios.

    My added this to my 2000 Chevy truck when I had the satellite radio onyx added. I just turn satellite radio power off when I want to listen to talk radio. That is the only reason I added this. Works great.
