Bought a 10 year old BMW and the Sirius couldn't connect, wouldn't find any stations. Considered yanking the whole system out and replacing it, but that would've been thousands. I bought this and gave it a try, works great. Only thing I'd say is that the cable is a touch thin and I think I may already have a short in it. I mounted it where the factory antenna was and run the cable in through the hatch lid, and I think opening and closing might be damaging the wire. I've noticed it cuts out a bit more than it did when I first bought it.

I have this antennae hooked up to my indoor Sirius unit. The antennae has to be outside otherwise it wont pick up a signal. Works good

Was having trouble getting a steady signal on my Sirius radio in my car. Went to Best Buy to get this Antenna mounted and it was done quick and now have no trouble, get excellent reception!

This worked out great. Just like the original that had been damaged.easy to conceal.

Antenna works fine but cord needs to be thicker tend to break easily

this is the 2nd one in 6 months and i decided to just crack it open and see whats going on. the XM ones have issues with the super thin coax breaking inside making it useless. these have better coax, but still should not do anything where its moving alot like on the trunk lid. anyways i cracked it open and figured out why you need to replace there every few months. the WATER/moisture will get inside the antenna through the button, which is of course recessed to allow water to sit inside and seep in (their waterproofing consists of double sided sticky tape). the water gets in and settles just above the magnet itself and starts rusting everything- they did a great job of sealing the bottom where the magnet is! the metal rusts fast and furious especially in the north in winter with the salt! the shield of the coax is not connected or soldered to the magnet but just placed on top for a poor physical contact. ideally no water gets in = good connection from the ground and the magnet. when the magnet gets rusty you get a bad (if any) contact to the shield which makes the antenna perform worse and worse over time. the only reasonable way to avoid this is to place in the rear window, inside, or possibly put a plastic bag over it if mounted outside? i dont think 3cc of good 3M weatherproof adhesive would cost them much (maybe 3 cents?). they make it so it will break and we will have to shell out $30 every few months for something that cost .30 to make. best buy sells an internal antenna with better gain, you could put this in the back window even. i attached a photo of what the inside of this ant looks like after 6 months. you can see where the sticky tape didnt do its weatherproofing job and stained with rust everywhere.

This is a good product for better signal stronger signal and easy to hook up and put on anywhere

decent antenna for the price,reception good and easy to use, install. Only drawback is wire too thin, conduit needed or heavier gauge wire .

The antenna replaced a older antenna that had been cut. No issues.

I had no trouble following the directions on installing the antenna onto my car roof, and throughout the interior of my car. When I plugged it into the radio, "Prefection"! Grest product.

This antenna is better than the one I got it from XM.

Seems to work well but looks a little flimsy. I wonder how long it's going to last.

This is the second one of these I've had installed. The first one lasted about a year; hopefully, this one will last longer. Don't know if it was the externally mount or the internal wiring, but after about a year the first one started working intermittently (not the radio, as the radio worked just fine in two other vehicles; not the radio mount, as it worked before and works now). Not a fun way to listen to music, hearing a few words of the song then silence (sometimes lasting a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes). The new antenna has been working just fine for the last month, so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Accessories a bit expensive, but at least you aren't required to buy a bundle as I believe was true a few years ago the last time I bought one. Works great otherwise.

I needed a stronger radio signal so I bought this, it does exactly what I wanted, perfect.

Thought I needed a new antenna to get my Sirius radio to work but found out the antenna was fine so I returned this. Very easy to install

I have a Sirius Onyx in my car. We decided to drive the truck on our vacation, and thought the Sirius would make the trip a little more enjoyable. It was easy to unhook the Sirius from the car, but decided on getting a second antenna to use for the truck so we didn't have to unravel the antenna in the car. Since this was going to be a single trip, we didn't route the antenna wire in the truck according to the instructions. We just put in out the passengers window so it would sit on the cap of the truck and "carefully" put the window up to catch the wire. It worked. Of course it didn't look as clean as it should but this was just a temporary set up. The trip went well and we now have an extra antenna wire in case we need it. The antenna magnet held to the top of the truck perfectly. Very happy with the product,
