Gets wet and stops working after a year or so on the roof of the car.

Wish it would last longer eight usually breaks where the court attaches to the antenna it only last about two years for being such an expensive product I am glad our use the app now I don’t have to deal with this problem

I'm a big time NASCAR FAN, I purchased this for my portable sirius radio dock so I can get the race at work when it get's delayed because of rain, and at the tracks that I go to for the race. Works very well.

This product is great, it's my second one since I've broke the original one a few years ago. Great for the pool deckside rail only and gets a great reception as well!

If you have Sirius in your car and need to replace your current antenna then get this one. It works very well and easy to install.

I was happy to find an antenna still around for my old Sirius radio. Its nice when electronics don't become useless in a year.

This antenna is a great match to the antenna that came with my satellite radio.

My previous antenna had been on the vehicle for six years. That antenna was the antenna provided with the Sirius radio. The new antenna is lower profile than the previous antenna. My vehicle is parked outside in the rain and snow. The vehicle has over 140,000 miles, so these antenna can take a lot of weather. Hope the new unit lasts as long as the previous unit.

The antenna is used in my travel trailer and works exactly as expected. The price, however, in my opinion is out of line with the worth of the product.

Best Buy can only sell the products available. SiriusXM (or is it 2 companies as claimed by Howard Stern?) continues to produce antennas that are too fragile for normal use. I have been a subscriber for 5 years and. you guessed it, this is the 5th antenna! The aftermarket knock offs do not seem to be any better. Best Buy - thanks for the convenience of having inventory to help out a satellite junkie in need of a working satellite system.

These are not built to last as I'm on my third one but you have no choice if you want to listen in your car. Sirius sent me the 2nd one for free but wouldn't send another so I had to buy one so I could keep listening to their pay service?? Once Howard retires I'm through with Sirius.

My radio is portable. The cable broke at the end that goes into the radio. There is a "strain relief" built into the plug/cable but it doesn't really work. The cable just breaks at the end of the hard plastic plug. This antenna is a good replacement for the original but it has the same problem and will, eventually break again. I'm being more careful with this one so that it doesn't break as quickly.

It is called a roof mounted antenna, but lasts longer if it is installed on the dash. The signal is stong and you do not have to worry about how the elements will affect it.

Sirius equipment is of poor quality but there are no other options out there foroff band purchase

My previous vehichle had a pre-installed satelite radio which i loved, when I purchased my new vehicle it did not so someone said just buy a radio and get it installed. It was a simple process but the reception is definitely not as good as my previous had been and this antenna cracked after 11 months. The manual gave specific instructions for placement of the antenna, near the back of the vehicle near the FM antenna. I did not want to have to run the wires myself so opted for installation by Geek Squad, when I picked it up the Geek had just run it up through the door jamb and stuck it right above the windshield by the drivers door. I questioned this and he said it was an approved location. then less than a year later it stopped picking up a signal due to a crack in the antenna. I'm not sure if it was the antenna or the installation that caused the problem but I am unhappy that I now need to replace it already.

They should make these somehow not to need so much cord and easier to install.

I love my sirius wire and a needed accessory for my sirius radio. But the wire breaks easily and I had to replace the wire like four times. Which sux.
