The speaker block puts out great high quality sound for such a small unit. Only issue I have had is every time you move the unit, you lose sat signal and you have to power down unit several times to regain signal.

Location is everything. I reside deep in the forest and that coupled with overcast skies frequently interferes with satellite reception. For the most part this XM account stays in 'vacation' mode unless I am travelling in the RV at which time I active the account.

Was going to drive across the country with a rental truck... and would have suffered through AM radio but for this. At the store the deal was I'd buy it if the sales staff could get it working before we left the store. They did!!! A great buy!

Dad wanted Sirius. Bought this one so he could listen in the car and inside the house. It never worked! Sirius sent a new radio that didn't work with the system! Returned it.

Pick this up to be able to use it on our off the grid trip to Alaska. With a little tweaking of the antenna around the actic circle we were always able to get a signal.
