It worked great for about a week. After a week the port where the antenna is, has come loose and does not hold/seat the satellite antennae properly. I have to constantly pinch the port and the cord in order to keep the radio working. This was a poorly made product and it shows. I am very disappointed in the quality and life of the product. I would suggest spending the extra money and just installing a proper satellite radio.

The EZR has been one of our most reliable dock and play radios and this is the first I have heard of loose/intermittent antennas on that product.
