We have been on the phone with Sirius 3 times and spent hours but still no sound. Waiting to hear back from BestBuy if Totaltech will install for us.

Posted .Sorry you are having difficulty. The antenna needs to be located in a window with an unobstructed view of the Southern sky. If you access the Antenna Aiming option in the MENU, you can move the antenna around and see the signal strength change. find a spot with the signal is over 80%.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My Roady XT finally died after 10 or more years. This unit works but a couple of things bugged me. Used the cables from my old setup and only heard one side of stereo. Turns out the audio jack on this home dock is recessed and the cable they supply has a step in the plastic back shell down to a smaller diameter. Standard mini headphone cables may not work. Also it should come set to direct tuning. I try to press 23 to go to channel 23 but as soon as I press the 2 I get a message that I have not programmed a channel for the 2 key. Just let me tune to the channel I want. I can learn how to program it later. So I have to press the up and down keys and crawl up and down one channel at a time.

Sometimes power button turns it on Sometimes disconnecting from the dock and replacing on dock will turn it on. Who knows. Usually takes 10 mins every morning trying to get it to work. The 10 preset buttons could not be any smaller. The bigger toggle changes station. The small toggle inside bigger toggle is pretty much useless. The onyx model before this one was just fine. This one is crap.
